The General Manager (GM) will serve as the senior operational leader responsible for translating Group strategy into disciplined execution across all operating platforms, including retail (Singapore), workforce housing (Indonesia), neighbourhood commercial aggregation, and agricultural initiatives.
The GM will oversee operational performance, financial control, risk management, and cross-border coordination between Singapore holding functions and Indonesian operating teams. This role requires structured leadership, capital discipline, and institutional governance awareness.
The GM reports directly to the Board / Managing Director of Global 361 Pte. Ltd.
Translate Board-approved strategy into measurable operational plans across all business platforms.
Drive revenue growth while maintaining yield discipline and cost control.
Ensure platform-level execution aligns with Group capital allocation principles.
Oversee P&L performance across M Mart, Kosan, MMall, and Farm platforms.
Implement monthly financial reporting and variance analysis.
Maintain cost discipline, margin optimisation, and working capital control.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management processes.
Standardise SOPs across retail, housing, commercial leasing, and agricultural operations.
Improve occupancy rates, tenant retention, and inventory turnover metrics.
Ensure regulatory compliance in both Singapore and Indonesia.
Strengthen procurement discipline and vendor negotiation frameworks.
Implement internal controls consistent with Singapore governance standards.
Identify operational, financial, and compliance risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Ensure platform-level risk is ring-fenced and aligned with Group capital structure.
Build and supervise country-level managers and operational staff.
Instil performance culture aligned with yield, efficiency, and accountability.
Implement KPI frameworks and performance evaluation systems.
Evaluate new project proposals based on yield durability and downside resilience.
Conduct feasibility reviews before capital deployment.
Ensure expansion is staged and supported by operational capacity.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Operations Management, or related discipline. MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum 8-12 years in multi-business operational leadership.
Experience managing P&L across retail, property, or infrastructure sectors.
Exposure to cross-border operations (Singapore-Indonesia preferred).
Proven ability to implement structured governance and reporting systems.
Financial literacy and strong P&L management capability.
Operational restructuring experience.
Budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimisation expertise.
Understanding of commercial leasing and tenant management.
Strong execution orientation.
Structured decision-making under capital constraints.
Ability to lead multicultural teams.
High governance sensitivity and compliance awareness.
