Role:
We are looking for a potential candidate to lead our F&B business. You are required to deliver quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
. Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service
. Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
. Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
. Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
. Analyze sales data and member feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
. Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
. Manage restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it
. Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
. Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Qualifications:
. Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager
. Strong hospitality and leadership skills, coupled with in-depth wine knowledge and passion for customer satisfaction.
. Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
. Able and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
