Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- A master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 1015 years of senior leadership experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industries.
- Proven expertise in P&L management and business growth strategies in a competitive setting.
- Understanding of logistics operations and regional trade dynamics.
- Demonstrated capabilities in leadership, people management, and change management.
- Knowledge of governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- High integrity and professionalism, with the ability to manage confidential information.
