- Collaborate with senior management and the board to develop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals and market demands.
- Define, monitor, and achieve KPIs, driving market expansion and operational improvements.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Lead brand positioning and business development to strengthen competitive advantage.
Operations Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing management team across sales, logistics, accounting, and HR.
- Ensure seamless daily operations and cross-departmental coordination in line with company standards.
- Develop and enforce operational processes, quality controls, and compliance standards.
- Drive customer satisfaction by optimizing service delivery and client engagement.
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent while fostering a strong team culture.
- Prepare and present accurate business performance reports to senior management.
- Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the leadership team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of management experience, preferably in multinational companies or large organizations.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, operational execution, and sales-driven leadership.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
- Customer-focused, with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
