Our client is an established financial services platform with a growing presence across Asia. As part of its next phase of regional growth, the firm is launching a new brokerage business and is seeking a commercially driven leader to spearhead the expansion from the ground up.

Responsibilities
- Lead the setup and operational launch of the new financial markets platform across Asia.
- Drive commercial growth initiatives, including business development, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies to build long-term revenue growth.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team across sales, marketing, and operations.
- Establish scalable business processes, governance structures, and operational frameworks.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to define strategic priorities and long-term business direction.
- Identify market opportunities, competitive positioning strategies, and growth channels across the region.
- Foster a high-performance and entrepreneurial culture aligned with the firm's broader vision.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience within financial services, brokerage, capital markets, or related sectors.
- Proven track record in business growth, commercial leadership, and market expansion.
- Strong understanding of Asian financial markets and industry landscape.
- Experience building or scaling businesses within growth-stage or transformation environments is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and execute strategic initiatives effectively.
- Strong operational and commercial acumen with a hands-on leadership style.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines preferred.
