Job Description
HIAP ENGINEERING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is a construction and engineering company providing structural, mechanical and general contracting works for local projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all daily operations, including manpower planning, project coordination, and safety compliance.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
- Supervise and monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with building and regulatory standards.
- Review budgets, cost control, and operational performance to support management decisions.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on project matters.
- Support directors in long-term planning, compliance, and operational improvements.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline (Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred).
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in the building or engineering sector, with proven management or supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of Singapore construction operations, safety regulations, and manpower management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Only candidates with prior experience in construction management will be considered.
