We are seeking an accomplished and strategic leader for the role of General Manager for Codashop. The General Manager holds overall accountability for the strategic direction, performance, and continued success of Codashop, our flagship platform. The role is responsible for driving sustainable commercial growth, ensuring profitability, and upholding operational excellence through effective leadership of a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the commercialization and growth strategy for our B2C marketplace Codashop, ensuring alignment with the company's broader strategic priorities.
• Oversee the P&L for Codashop, with full accountability for global total payment volume (TPV) and gross profit performance.
• Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve business and operational goals.
• Partner with product leadership to shape the roadmap, ensuring key initiatives and features are prioritized to deliver measurable impact.
• Drive product adoption and market expansion by leading go-to-market strategies and execution across key regions.
• Analyze business performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, commercial, and marketing teams to align on objectives and deliver business results.
• Lead cross-market initiatives, fostering knowledge sharing and ensuring best practices are effectively implemented across regions.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience running a large, international e-commerce site across multiple markets with a blend of business, product and/or program management roles
• P&L ownership of a business unit with a strong understanding of the revenue and cost levers that drive a sustainable business
• Strong analytical and product skills with a demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems
• Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
• Exceptional leadership qualities with the gravitas to influence stakeholders and partners without direct authority
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills with the ability to earn trust at all levels of the organization
