General Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven General Manager to

direct and manage our organization's business activities and to develop

and implement effective business strategies and programs.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing teams across departments, setting business goals, monitoring financial performance, and identifying new growth opportunities. The General Manager will also be responsible for building a strong organizational culture and ensuring efficient processes across the company.

General Manager Responsibilities:

. Overseeing daily business operations.

. Develop strategic plans for optimized productivity

. Drive sales and improve revenue,

. Evaluating performance and productivity.

. Researching and identifying growth opportunities.

. Maintain budgets and optimize expenses

. Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance

. Prepare regular reports for upper management in Japanese

. Maintain relationships with clients

. Enhance the organization's image

General Manager Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

. Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role

. Watches and timepiece industry an advantage

. Strong leadership and decision-making skills

. Proven experience in managing operations and driving business growth

. Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Japanese language

. Experience in a regional or multinational environment is an advantage

. Highly organized

. Strong work ethic

. Good interpersonal skills
