. Identify opportunities, assess feasibility and makerecommendations for new

. Collaborate with cross functional Heads of Department onannual budget

Leading Change
. Lead initiatives to identify inefficiencies across the supply chain, implement
process improvements, and adopt Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to optimize
operations, reduce waste and drive cost savings and drive continuous
improvement
. Champion the adoption of our client new Supply chain Human resources
program, Sedex guidelines and new SMETA auditing tool.
. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to
drive collaboration on improvement projects to enhance overall operational
efficiencies.
Driving Results
. Lead the development and execution of operational strategies to achieve key
performance indicators and ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently within
budgetary constraints while maximizing profitability.
. Uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity by ensuring compliance with
company policies, legal regulations and industry standard. Foster a culture of
accountability and transparency in all business operations.
. Drive initiatives to create a safety-first culture by implementing robust health and
safety programs, conducting regular training and ensuring strict adherence to
safety protocols to achieve zero loss time injuries
. Monitor key operational metrics and financial performance and collaborate with
cross-functional teams to implement process enhancement that drive results
while maintaining a commitment to ethical and safe practices
Communicating Effectively
Present clear, concise and timely updates on company strategic initiatives,
performance metrics to senior leadership team and team members ensuring
alignment and shared understanding of business objectives
. Serve as an approachable and supportive leader, encouraging employees and
team to share feedback, ideas and concerns while demonstrating empathy and
active listening in all interactions
. Promote a culture of open communication by facilitating regular team meetings,
townhalls, one-on-one discussion, ensuring that every voice is heard and valued
while addressing challenges constructively
. Recognize team achievements to foster a collaborative and motivated workplace
environment.
Skills, Personal Attributes & Experience:
. Tertiary qualifications preferred
. Minimum 8-10+ years of experience in supply chain management and logistic
environment with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
. Proven experience in managing 3PL or 4PL logistic operations ideally in similar
food distribution service environment
. Strong leadership, people management skills and teambuilding skills to inspire
and motivate diverse team
. Proven track record of developing successful customer/business partnerships
. Demonstrated ability to anticipate business needs, think proactively and
respond appropriately
. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
. Experience managing an evolving and dynamic environment
. Does not require Company sponsorship to work in Singapore
. Travel requirements: 20% to Malaysia, Korea and Europe/US
