We are seeking an experienced General Manager (Business Management) to lead and oversee the overall operations of our central kitchen and food manufacturing business. The role is responsible for strategic planning, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and team leadership to support sustainable business growth.
Oversee end-to-end business and operational management of the central kitchen
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and SOPs to improve efficiency and cost control
Lead manpower planning, performance management, and staff development
Ensure full compliance with Singapore Food Agency (SFA), NEA, and food safety standards (e.g. HACCP)
Manage procurement, inventory control, and supplier relationships
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational KPIs
Drive process optimisation, productivity improvements, and quality assurance
Collaborate with stakeholders on business planning and expansion initiatives
Prepare management reports and support long-term business sustainability
Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Food Science, or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in food manufacturing, central kitchen, or F&B operations
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance requirements in Singapore
Proven leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple operational priorities
Strong financial and operational planning capabilities
