Responsibilities:
. To assist in managing the day-to-day Operations of the business with a focus on all service and operational logistics of the reservations and reception.
. Makes professional recommendations on products, treatments and service packages to customers.
. Responsible for staffing, staff development and training.
. Evaluate and supervise the performance of team members, and when necessary, provide timely disciplinary action including any written documentation.
. Arrange training programs and skill upgrading courses for company staff.
. Responsibly for Sales and achieving Sales KPI and target.
. Regularly evaluates business processes, procedures and systems, makes recommendations as necessary.
. Manage customers complaint on a timely manner.
