Are you a strategic leader with a strong track record in business management and operational excellence Were looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee the full spectrum of our business operations in Singapore. You will be responsible for driving performance, building high-functioning teams, and executing growth strategies that align with our long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the business
- Manage day-to-day operations across departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, etc.)
- Set and track KPIs to ensure the achievement of business objectives
- Drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Lead annual business planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Oversee compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers
- Build, lead, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve peak performance
- Identify business risks and opportunities; propose effective solutions
- Report directly to the Board or Regional Leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including 35 years in a General Manager or equivalent senior role
- Strong business acumen and proven experience in managing P&L, strategy, and operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive change, lead teams, and grow businesses
- Deep understanding of the Singapore market and regulatory environment
- Results-driven, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Legally authorized to work in Singapore
