Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans and financial objectives to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
- Lead market positioning and business development initiatives to strengthen competitiveness and enhance brand presence.
- Oversee resource allocation and continuously evaluate business performance against market trends and competitor benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated marketing initiatives and ensure continued relevance in a dynamic market environment.
- Formulate and implement customer retention strategies to optimise occupancy/utilisation rates and foster long-term client relationships.
- Establish clear performance targets for Heads of Departments, and regularly monitor, assess, and drive performance outcomes.
- Develop, review, and manage pricing strategies across core revenue streams and value-added services to maximise yield.
- Drive business performance through effective planning, budgeting, and performance management frameworks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including authorities, business partners, and agencies, to support operational and strategic objectives.
Requirement
- At least a Bachelor Degree and above
- Relevant experience as a General Manager, preferably in Real Estate or relevant industry
- At least 10 years of experience in a Management role across multiple functions
- Proficient in Bahasa to communicate with Bahasa speaking counterparts
- Strong analytical capabilities with strategic thinking, complemented by high integrity and sound business judgment.
- Proven ability to lead and manage senior executives across diverse functional areas.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and manage relationships with regulatory authorities and key stakeholders.
- Willing to be based in Batam (Ferry tickets provided to & off Singapore weekly)
