Job Description
- Lead overall management of the school, ensuring smooth daily operationsacross all functions.
- Oversee facilities, safety,maintenance, vendor management, and operational SOPs.
- Drive efficiency and service quality across all departments.
- Develop and execute business strategies aligned with the school's vision.
- ldentify opportunities for expansion (new markets, new programs, partnerships or new campuses).
- Provide leadership to academic, administrative, and commercial teams toachieve organizational goals.
- Oversee enrolment targets, pipeline management, and student recruitmentperformance.
- Guide branding, marketing, promotional campaigns, and market positioningBuild and expand relationships with China-based agents, partners, andinstitutional collaborators.
- Drive market research and execute tailored recruitment strategies for the Chinaregion.
- Oversee end-to-end admissions processes, student records, parentcommunication,and service delivery.
- Maintain a high standard of support for both students and parentsEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements in Singapore.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and revenue targets.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure sustainable financial performance.
- Manage HR functions including recruitment, performance reviews, teamdevelopment,and manpower planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Education, or related field.
- At least 10-15 years of leadership experience, ideally in international education or service-oriented industries.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent understanding of international education trends and studentrecruitment models.
- Deep knowledge of the China market and channel development.
- High adaptability, professionalism, and execution capability
