- Accountable for the profit and loss of assigned accounts
- Manage a team of staff in the day to day delivery of contract services to the customers
- Plan and organize the allocated resources to achieve the contracted service level Agreement
- Responsible for optimal utilization of resources allocated to the accounts
- Hiring, training and motivating the workforce to deliver exemplary performance
Requirements:
- Degree in Business / Supply Chain / Engineering
- At least 10 years of experience in 3PL
- Strong in leadership and customer management
