General Insurance Executive
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented General Insurance Executive to manage our clients general insurance matters. This is a non-sales role that offers valuable exposure to a wide range of insurance products, including fire insurance, marine cargo insurance, and more.

Responsibilities
- Provide advice to clients on general insurance matters
- Understand clients insurance needs and communicate them to insurance providers
- Act on behalf of the manager to source and obtain quotations from insurers
- Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive and suitable terms for clients
- Manage and maintain assigned client accounts
- Prepare reports and updates for various client cases
- Oversee and manage insurance claims on behalf of clients
- Assist clients with policy-related queries, claims, updates, and changes
- Handle client complaints professionally and provide effective solutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service
- Coordinate effectively between clients and internal departments
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
- No sales responsibilities required for this role
Requirements
- Minimum to have a Diploma or Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of working experience (preferably in insurance entry-level applicants are welcome for consideration)
