Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Manage company-assigned warm leads to ensure portfolio closure and proactively source new leads.

  • Prepare detailed and persuasive proposals with accurate quotations tailored to potential customers business requirements.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to retain revenue and maximize lifetime value.

  • Provide clear briefings to internal team members once cases are sealed and maintain active communication with management on sales revenue reports.

  • Provide quotations and proposals for Corporate Portfolio insurance products, including Security Bond, Work Injury Compensation, Foreign Worker Medical Insurance, and Motor Insurance.

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated, target-driven individuals with a proven ability to achieve KPIs.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Open-minded and willing to take on new challenges to support company growth.

  • Minimum 5 years of industry-related experience in Commercial and Personal Lines of insurance preferred.
