Job Scope:
Manage company-assigned warm leads to ensure portfolio closure and proactively source new leads.
Prepare detailed and persuasive proposals with accurate quotations tailored to potential customers business requirements.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to retain revenue and maximize lifetime value.
Provide clear briefings to internal team members once cases are sealed and maintain active communication with management on sales revenue reports.
Provide quotations and proposals for Corporate Portfolio insurance products, including Security Bond, Work Injury Compensation, Foreign Worker Medical Insurance, and Motor Insurance.
Requirements:
Highly motivated, target-driven individuals with a proven ability to achieve KPIs.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Open-minded and willing to take on new challenges to support company growth.
Minimum 5 years of industry-related experience in Commercial and Personal Lines of insurance preferred.
