Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive General Insurance Admin Executive to join
our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the
insurance department by managing administrative tasks, liaising with clients and insurers,
and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Policy Administration:
- Process new insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
- Generate quotations using insurers online portals
- Verify client information and ensure proper documentation
- Prepare and issue policy documents, certificates, and invoices
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all insurance documentation complies with regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of policies, claims, and client interactions.
Coordination with Insurers:
- Act as a liaison between clients and insurance companies.
- Keep abreast of policy updates, product offerings, and underwriting guidelines.
Administrative Support:
- Manage emails, phone calls, WhatsApp chats and correspondence.
- Organize and update the insurance database and CRM system.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
