Working Location: 76 Sungei Tengah Road, Singapore 699926
Work week: 5.5 days
Work Hours: 44 hours a week : 8.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday and 8.00am to 12.00pm, Saturdays (excluding public holidays)

Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Farm Worker based in Singapore. The Farm Worker will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining crops, operating and maintaining farm equipment, and assisting with harvesting and packaging produce. Additional duties include ensuring adherence to agricultural best practices and contributing to Sustenir's mission of providing high-quality, sustainable superfoods.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planting, cultivating, and maintainingcrops according to farm schedules and guidelines.
• Perform harvesting, sorting, cleaning, and packing of agricultural produce.
• Operate basic farm tools and equipment safely assist with routine cleaning and maintenance.
• Apply good agricultural practices (GAP) and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of farm areas, tools, and storage facilities.
• Comply with workplace safety, health, and food safety requirements.
• Perform ad-hoc farm duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications & Requirement

• Min ITE qualification or equivalent.
• Open to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents only.
• Preferably with experience in manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience or basic knowledge of farming and agriculture practices is an advantage.
• Ability to operate and maintain farm equipment efficiently and safely.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Willingness to work on-site and adapt to various farm tasks and conditions.
