Job Description
We are seeking a highly capable and strategic Director to lead the overall operations, performance, and growth of our healthcare business. This role will oversee multiple functions and drive both operational excellence and long-term business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall business operations, including clinic performance, administration, and commercial outcomes
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, scalability, and market expansion
- Oversee and manage multiple clinics or business units (if applicable), ensuring consistent operational standards
- Build, lead, and mentor management teams, including clinic managers and senior staff
- Drive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including guidelines from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and service offerings
- Oversee marketing strategy, branding, and patient acquisition initiatives
- Establish governance frameworks, SOPs, and performance KPIs across the organization
Requirements
- Minimum 8-12 years of relevant experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record in managing business operations, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or TCM sector
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in revenue growth and cost management
- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and scaling operations
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate both at strategic and operational levels
