Roles & Responsibilities
Roles:
- Escalate PMI tasks related to M&A (specifically overall control, documentation of regulations and rules, J-SOX compliance, etc.) in close coordination with the Japan headquarters.
- Create internal and external reports on all matters, including M&A integration work, regulation formulation, and coordination with the Japan headquarters.
- Train successors to maintain and improve the business.
- Understand the entire business model and plan for potential company growth.
- Analyze, prevent, manage, and mitigate business risks.
- Plan to prevent problems, discover new issues, and solve them effectively.
- Negotiate key contract terms, guide contract creation, and obtain permits and licenses.
- Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks throughout the execution process.
- Plan and develop human resources.
- Formulate and analyze budgets.
Skills:
- Over 3 years of experience in the construction equipment rental industry.
- Experience in the construction and real estate industries.
- Knowledge of business processes, means, and methods in construction-related equipment rental.
- Ability to communicate effectively with local employees in Singapore and employees at the Japan headquarters to progress work.
- Ability to understand the big picture and plan ahead.
- Crisis management and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and personnel management skills in careful business operations.
- Execution skills for scheduling and progress management of projects.
