This is a unique opportunity to work on a global scale (billon dollar AUM) and across multi-asset class investments. The role is a combination of GC and COO focused work.
General Focus
- Investment / Strategy = 50%
- Legal / Transactional = 30%
- Projects and Commercial = 20%
Examples of Work
- You will take lead on the development and implementation of strategic goals. This includes leading investment teams in Asia and the US.
- You will offer high level legal support to various transaction focused teams, ensuring alignment with HQ strategy and with a balance between risk and reward.
- Projects and commercial work are entrepreneurial, across multi-asset classes and with the potential to be hugely rewarding.
Requirements
- 12 - 20 PQE
- Tier 1 background covering education and law firm credentials
- Experience will cover multi-asset class investment work and ideally on a global platform
- Experience will cover both legal and investment led transactional work
- Stakeholder engagement and superior EQ skills are be a must for this role
