We are now looking to expand our bench (Singapore) with an exceptional General Corporate/ Commercial consultant.

As the General Corporate/ Commerical consultant, you need to possess:

• 5-9 years&apos PQE, in-house and/or within a law firm.
• Experienced in supporting the negotiation, drafting and execution of complex, cross border master services agreements and Procurement Agreement.
• Experience in FMCG will be the PLUS.

To join our hub, you need to demonstrate the following:

• Qualified in Singapore or other common law jurisdictions.
• Private Practice or equivalent in-house/secondment experience.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to properly balance legal risks with commercial benefits and outcomes.
