Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, document organization, and record maintenance.
  • Maintain and update internal databases, spreadsheets, and administrative forms.
  • Assist in coordinating internal communications between production, warehouse, and office teams.
  • Prepare basic reports and support operational departments with administrative tasks.
  • Carry out any other clerical or administrative work assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / GCE O Level / NITEC in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience is an advantage (manufacturing environment preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail with good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
