GENERAL BUILDING MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

1) General Houskeeping on all facilities areas

2) Carry our corrective and preventive works including breakdown maintenance to ACMV, Electrical, Mechancial, Security or Building

3) Carry out the troubleshooting to the Building not limited to ACMV, Security, Lift, WIFI and Carkpark System

4) Monitor and liaise with the clients and contracttors on general building maintenance works

5) Ensure all works carried out safely and/or in accordance with Safety Procedures

6) Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Management
