Oversee and manage all administrative functions within the bank
Coordinate and manage office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for various services
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to general affairs
Plan and execute Bank events, meetings, and conferences
Manage the company's travel arrangements and accommodations
Proceed with the general ledger process for office expense & corporate expense
Research, prepare, and handle confidential-related matters
Maintain an efficient filing system of internal, external, and confidential documents.
Coordinate and arrange external party or client visit
Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings and appointments for senior management.
Ad-hoc work assigned by Head of Department
Requirements
A diploma/Degree in Corporate Administration, or related would be a priority
Min. 1 year of working experience in GA Admin/Secretary functions would be a priority
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Team-oriented and able to work well with different stakeholders
Able to communicate well and comfortable in dealing with conflicts
Possess a good working attitude and responsibility
Be punctual and be independent with prompt response
Must be proficient in Korean to effectively liaise with Korean counterparts and clients, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of business needs
