Assist in branch human resources management, including policy optimization, workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, training, and cross-cultural engagement.
Prepare research papers and documentation, including but not limited to work summaries/plans, research reports, meeting minutes, and speeches.
Manage official document systems and email processing, including follow-up and coordination tasks.
Oversee daily administrative support, office facility management and staff safety.
Support internal and external communications and media relations.
Assist in reputation risk management and corporate social responsibility activities.
Complete other tasks assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
Master's degree or above, preferably in Banking and with Finance Working Experience.
Working Experience 15 years (or above) of experience in Banking sector, 5 years (or above) of experience in managerial role.
Good command of English and Chinese languages as this role will need frequent communication with China regulatory authorities, Singapore regulatory authorities, clients, internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Good interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments
