Job Summary
The General Admin & Operations Executive supports the daily administrative and operational needs of the F&B catering business. This role ensures accurate documentation, compliance with food safety regulations, and smooth coordination between kitchen, logistics, and operations teams to deliver timely and high-quality catering services.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and print buffet dish tags according to event requirements and menu specifications.
- Print, manage, and ensure proper use of SFA (Singapore Food Agency) time stamps in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Print and manage bento time stamps to support catering production and delivery timelines.
- Maintain organised filing and accurate record-keeping for regulatory and operational documents, including SFA, WPS, and other F&B-related records.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow, timely preparation, and delivery of catering orders.
- Assist in procurement activities, including sourcing, purchase orders, and coordination with suppliers for food packaging, ingredients, and operational supplies.
- Support inventory management by tracking stock levels, monitoring usage, and ensuring adequate supplies for catering operations.
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification, preferably in Business Administration, Operations, or F&B-related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in F&B, catering, or operations support roles preferred.
- Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced catering environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Willing to work in the West.
