Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle payroll, including salary calculations, overtime, allowances, deductions and statutory submissions.
- Handle day-to-day accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, payments and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial, payroll and employee records.
- Prepare basic financial and management reports.
- Manage vendor invoices, payments and documentation.
- Support dormitory operations, including worker records, billing, room allocation and administrative matters.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, employees and external parties.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to management.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant finance and payroll experience.
- Hands-on experience with monthly payroll and CPF/statutory requirements.
- Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and follow-through.
- Comfortable working independently in a hands-on SME environment.
- Experience in dormitory, construction, manpower, property or facilities management is an advantage.
