We are seeking a seasoned GenAI QA and Product Assurance Specialist to drive the validation and adoption of Generative AI solutions. This role focuses on designing structured evaluation frameworks, performing deep technical assessments of AI products, and ensuring safe, reliable, and commercially impactful deployment across enterprise and government environments. You will work closely with technology leaders, startups, and industry stakeholders to strengthen AI product quality and reduce adoption risk.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead quality assurance strategies for Generative AI products, including LLMs and agentic systems, ensuring reliability, safety, and measurable business outcomes.
- Design and implement structured evaluation frameworks covering model configurations, prompt libraries, agent workflows, tool integrations, and system performance.
- Conduct deep-dive technical assessments to identify architectural strengths, risks, and differentiators, and recommend improvements.
- Drive Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and pilot validations to support scalable AI adoption and enterprise deployment.
- Stay current with emerging GenAI frameworks, evaluation methodologies, and AI safety practices to enhance assurance initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 9 years of experience in ICT, product quality, or solution architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/GenAI product testing.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, agentic frameworks, vector retrieval workflows, and AI safety/guardrails.
- Familiarity with relevant standards (e.g., ISO, OWASP) and enterprise software quality and security practices.
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
