We are seeking an experiencedGenAI SolutionsEngineerto lead the design, implementation, and adoption of enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions. This role willbe responsible fortranslating business requirements into scalable AI architectures, driving innovation initiatives, and ensuring secure, reliable, andgoverneddeployment of AI capabilities across the organization.

The ideal candidate combines strong technicalexpertisein Generative AI, cloud technologies, enterprise application architecture, and modern software engineering practices, with proven experience within thePrivate Equity and Wealth Managementdomain.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Architecture & Design

• Design and implement enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions aligned with businessobjectives.
  
  

• Define architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices for AI-powered applications.
  
  

• Lead the development of AIsolutionsleveragingLarge Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), intelligent assistants, and Agentic AI frameworks.
  
  

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend suitable AI platforms, frameworks, and tools.
  
  

AI Engineering & Delivery

• Provide hands-on leadership in the design and development of scalable AI applications.
  
  

• Architect AI workflows, model integration patterns, and enterprise knowledge solutions.
  
  

• Support development teams throughout the solution lifecycle, from design to deployment and production support.
  
  

• Drive performance optimization, scalability, and operational excellence for AI platforms.
  
  

Enterprise Integration & Platform Development

• Design integration approaches between AI solutions and enterprise systems, applications, and data platforms.
  
  

• Define APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures to support AI-enabled business processes.
  
  

• Collaborate with engineering, data, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  
  

Governance, Security & Risk Management

• Ensure AI solutions adhere to enterprise security, governance, compliance, and data privacy requirements.
  
  

• Implement controls for responsible AI usage, model monitoring, and operational governance.
  
  

• Establish best practices for AI lifecycle management, model versioning, and performance monitoring.
  
  

Stakeholder Management & Advisory

• Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership toidentifyand prioritize AI opportunities.
  
  

• Translate complex technical concepts into business-focused recommendations.
  
  

• Providearchitectural guidance, technical leadership, and mentorship to project teams.
  
  

• Contribute to AI strategy, roadmap planning, and innovation initiatives.
  
  

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, ora relatedfield. AMaster'sdegree is an advantage.
  
  

• Around 10+ years of overall experience in software engineering, data engineering, AI/ML engineering, or related technical roles.
  
  

• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.
  
  

• Mandatory experience in Private Equity, Wealth Management, Investment Management, Asset Management, or broader Financial Services (BFSI) domains.
  
  

• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), and practical AI application development.
  
  

• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and AI/LLM-based application development.
  
  

• Strong programming experience in Python, with the ability to build and support production-grade applications.
  
  

• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools such asLangChain,LlamaIndex,PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent technologies.
  
  

• Good understanding of application development concepts including APIs, microservices, and system integration.
  
  

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including AI/ML-related services.
  
  

• Exposure to containerization and deployment tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, as well as CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
  
  

• Understanding ofdata handling concepts, including structured/unstructured data and basic knowledge of vector databases or searchtechnologiesis an advantage.
  
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in complex technical environments.
  
  

• Good communicationand stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple manner.
  
  

• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and support delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

• Exposure to enterprise-scale systems in banking or investment-related environments is an advantage.
