Gen AI Software Engineer

Role Overview:

We are excited to welcome a talented Gen AI Software Engineer to our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining existing Generative AI systems and building new GenAI-powered applications, with a strong focus on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) backends and production-ready AI services.

You will collaborate closely with product, robotics, and engineering teams to design user-centric GenAI features, optimize inference pipelines, and ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of GenAI services deployed in real-world environments.

Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field

. 3+ years of professional experience working with cross-functional engineering and product teams

. Strong experience with Python and modern GenAI frameworks and libraries (e.g. Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI API, LlamaIndex)

. Solid understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and LLM application design

. Experience deploying and scaling ML / LLM systems using Docker, Kubernetes or cloud-native AI services

. Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and document ingestion pipelines

. Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD workflows, and software testing best practices

. Proven ability to translate real-world problems into practical, production-ready GenAI solutions

. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative and ownership-driven mindset

. This is a remote position.

. Occasional travel may be required where deemed necessary by the company for deployments, testing, client meetings, or project collaboration.
