Gen AI Internship

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and technically skilled Generative AI Intern to join our AI research and development team. This internship offers hands-on experience in building, fine-tuning, and deploying generative AI models that drive real-world innovation across healthcare and life sciences applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python, AI/ML concepts, and an eagerness to experiment with cutting-edge foundation models like GPT and LLaMA.

Key Responsibilities

. Support the development and optimization of generative AI models (e.g., text, image, or multimodal).

. Conduct experiments with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.

. Implement Retrieval/Table-Augmented Generation (RAG/TAG) pipeline.

. Assist in building and integrating AI pipelines for data processing, training, and inference.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype AI-powered tools and applications.

. Research recent advancements in AI and contribute insights for implementation.

. Document findings, model performance, and experiment results clearly and effectively.

Qualifications

Education:

Final-year undergraduate or postgraduate student in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with its libraries.

. Good understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP) principles.

. Experience with data preprocessing, model evaluation, and API integration.

. Familiarity with using generative model APIs is a plus.

. Basic knowledge of version control (Git) and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

. Experience or understanding in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Table-Augmented Generation (TAG) pipeline and prompt-chaining
