We are looking for an experienced GCC+ Cloud Architect to support a public sector digital transformation project in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing secure, scalable, and resilient cloud solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end cloud architecture for applications hosted on GCC/GCC+ environments.
- Define cloud architecture covering compute, networking, storage, security, monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and high availability.
- Lead migration of enterprise applications to cloud platforms.
- Design secure cloud solutions aligned with project security and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, DevOps, and project teams.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep, or equivalent.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines supporting Agile software delivery.
- Review application architecture to ensure scalability, resilience, and performance.
- Support UAT, production deployment, and cloud operations.
- Ensure adherence to cloud governance, cybersecurity, and data protection standards.
- Provide technical leadership from solution design through production support.
- Work with multiple stakeholders and vendors to support system integration activities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT Infrastructure and/or Cloud Architecture experience.
- At least 5 years of experience designing enterprise cloud solutions.
- Hands-on experience with one or more major cloud platforms:
- AWS
- Microsoft Azure
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with:
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep)
- Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Docker
- DevSecOps practices
- CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- API integration
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Cloud networking
- High Availability and Disaster Recovery
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Experience with cloud security, threat modelling, vulnerability management, and secure application architecture.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging platforms.
- Experience delivering cloud solutions for large-scale enterprise or public sector environments is highly preferred.

- Experience with Singapore Government Tech Stack (SGTS).
- Experience with DataHive integrations.
- Experience working in multi-vendor environments.
- Experience supporting production cloud environments.
- Experience with performance testing and production readiness.
