The Company

Join a well-established and forward looking privately owned business in the industrial space. Due to evolving business needs, we are actively recruiting for a Treasury Manager to be part of the established business in Singapore.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for directing and managing all treasury activities for the Company, including corporate banking and debt management, daily cash flow positioning, ensuring sufficient funds for smooth operation, reporting, reconciliation of bank accounts, troubleshooting of daily transaction issues and execution of foreign currency deals. Oversee day-to-day cash and manage treasury functions to ensure smooth group finance and trade operations, including cash flow positioning, loan drawdowns, FX exposure hedging, movement of funds, wire transfers, daily cash settlements, reconciliation of cash balances, exception investigations, issue resolution and account follow-up as required. Direct cash management and borrowing strategies, providing insight and recommendations to improve working capital and reducing cost of funding where possible. Execute effective hedging strategy and analysis in accordance with risk management policy to minimize FX exposure risk. Support to develop, implement and communicate global cash management policies and procedures, identifying strategic needs based on a global liquidity assessment, pursuing and evaluating best practices for funding and capital management.

Your Profile

To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/Finance with minimum 7 years of relevant treasury experience across mid-large sized MNCs. It is essential to have strong knowledge in cash and debt management, FX and hedging. We are seeking a detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive Treasury professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
