Gardener

Job Description:

1. Perform daily watering, weeding, and general maintenance to keep landscapes clean and healthy
2. Apply fertilizers and pesticides in accordance with safety guidelines and company procedures
3. Trim and prune plants to maintain proper growth and appearance
4. Follow work schedules and instructions provided by the Landscape Supervisor or Manager
5. Carry out outdoor duties under various weather conditions while observing workplace safety
6. Communicate basic information in English for task coordination and reporting
7. Take ownership of assigned areas to ensure consistent landscape upkeep

Requirements:

• Must be a Singaporean.
• Relevant landscaping experience is preferred.
• Certification in gardening/landscaping is preferred.
• Candidates without experience or certification are still welcome (entry-level accepted).
• Willingness to undergo training courses (sponsored by the company) for skill and certification development.
• Ability to perform well during the initial 3-month period (performance will affect salary review).
