Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain plant health through regular watering and fertilising
- Remove weeds from garden beds and surrounding areas to maintain a clean and tidy look
- Perform basic pruning to promote healthy plant growth
- Trim small trees, hedges, shrubs, and grass
- Assist with planting, display setups, loading/unloading, and preparatory work
- Clear garden waste such as dead leaves, branches, and other debris
- Ensure safe and proper use, handling, and storage of tools, equipment, fertilisers, and chemicals
- Carry out pest control activities where required
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant gardening or landscape maintenance experience
- WSQ certificates related to landscape maintenance are preferred
- Experience in fertiliser and chemical application is an advantage
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and light handheld machinery
