What you'll do:
- Lead strategic programs across gaming, AI, and emerging technologies
- Build and manage partnerships with game developers, particularly in the Korean market
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver new initiatives
- Identify opportunities to grow developer communities and expand partner ecosystems
- Track program performance and drive improvements through data and insights
What we're looking for:
- 8+ years of experience in program management, strategic partnerships, or business development
- Strong background in the gaming industry with a good understanding of game development
- Familiarity with AI, developer tools, or emerging technologies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Fluent in English and Korean, with the ability to engage confidently with partners in Korea
Initial 12-month contract with potential for extension based on business needs.
