Monitor in-game communication channels and player-generated content, reviewing inappropriate, illegal, spam, advertising, and other non-game-related content.
Develop and implement content moderation and risk-control strategies to address identified issues and maintain a healthy in-game environment.
Work closely with Product and Technology teams to identify, track, and resolve content and risk-related issues.
Analyze moderation data and trends to identify potential risks and recommend improvements.
Support the development and improvement of moderation rules, processes, and automated moderation systems.
Participate in ecosystem reviews and risk assessments, and follow up on identified issues through to resolution.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or above, with 1+ year of experience in content moderation, content safety, Trust & Safety, risk control, or a related field preferred.
Experience with machine learning model training, moderation strategy development, or ecosystem assessment is a plus.
Strong logical and analytical thinking skills, with good data sensitivity and the ability to identify and solve problems independently.
Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with Product, Technology, and other teams.
Strong execution and project management skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently and follow projects through to completion.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Gaming experience or a strong interest in games is a plus.
