Game System Supervisor

Job Description

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of game systems to enhance player engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure game systems align with the overall vision and goals.
• Analyze player behavior, feedback, and industry trends to propose and implement improvements to game systems.
• Work closely with user experience (UX) and interface (UI) teams to optimize player interactions.
• Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze in-game metrics, player behavior, and system performance.
• Generate comprehensive reports to inform decision-making and enhance overall game performance.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and business partners in both English and Chinese.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless integration of game systems with various elements.
• Conduct rigorous testing of game systems to identify and address any issues or discrepancies.
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure optimal performance and player satisfaction.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in game systems management within the mobile gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of player psychology, engagement mechanics, and monetization strategies.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and a demonstrated ability to interpret and apply insights.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese.
