Develop and implement the company's product ASO (App Store Optimization) strategy. Responsible for creating and executing an integrated growth framework focused on enhancing app visibility and conversion rates, and improving search rankings in major app stores (e.g., App Store, Google Play). Analyze industry and competitor keywords to capture high-traffic search queries and consolidate the product's market competitiveness within its category.
Improve user activity and recall rates based on user behavior data through diversified re-engagement mechanisms, such as precise push notifications, emails, and SMS. Formulate differentiated push strategies for various user segments to ensure precise matching of content and context, thereby enhancing user retention and satisfaction.
Plan in-game activities that align with the product's brand identity and user interests, incorporating holiday themes and trending events to boost user engagement and in-game activity. Analyze and evaluate activity data (participation rates, conversion rates, etc.) to optimize future event designs.
Establish and maintain user feedback channels, collecting player opinions and suggestions regarding product features and game experience. Categorize and analyze user feedback, extracting common issues to provide effective support for product iteration and optimization. Collaborate closely with Product and R&D teams to drive feature implementation and provide timely progress updates to users.
Enhance player-product interaction through communities (e.g., Discord, Facebook, Reddit), building active user communities with a strong sense of belonging. Regularly host community events to strengthen player communication and loyalty, improving user retention and loyalty to the product. Monitor community dynamics to promptly identify player needs and potential issues, forming an effective user operations closed loop.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of relevant work experience in the internet or gaming industry.
ASO Knowledge: Familiarity with App Store/Google Play optimization strategies and operation rules successful optimization case studies are a strong plus.
Data Literacy: High data sensitivity, capable of identifying problems through data analysis and driving optimization solutions based on data insights.
Collaboration Skills: Excellent user needs analysis capabilities and strong cross-functional collaboration skills to quickly drive initiatives to completion.
Community/Social Media Management: Familiarity with social media or game community operations, with strong copywriting and event planning abilities.
