As a Game Operations Specialist, you should be an avid gamer and knowldegable in gaming community management.

Adecco is partnering with a Gaming Company headquartered in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee operational tasks pertaining to gaming.
• Collaborate closely with the game development team, furnishing crucial insights and information to guide developers in making well-informed decisions based on player feedback and analysis.
• Conduct product analysis through diverse player tests and various forms of analysis to formulate optimization plans, monitor progress in versions, and uphold game content quality.
• Collaborate with influencers across various online platforms to create content (including videos and live streams), that enhances our game's visibility and broadens its reach within the gaming community.

Requirements:

• Holds a Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai/ Indo languages to liaise with Thai-speaking/ Indonesian-speaking stakeholders
• A strong passion for gaming is essential. We're looking for someone who is a dedicated gamer and possesses a profound understanding of the gaming world.
