Responsibilities
- Own the game's product roadmap and feature priorities, from concept through live iteration.
- Act as the primary advocate for the game product, balancing player experience with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Analyze player behavior and feedback to drive data-informed decisions and rapid iteration.
- Ensure game balance, pacing, and long-term engagement through analytics, testing, and continuous tuning.
- Design and maintain gameplay systems that create strong flow states, engaging loops, and well-balanced risk/reward.
- Create and maintain clear design documentation (outlines, diagrams, visual mockups) to support high-quality implementation.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and artists to ship polished features and continuously improve the live product.
Requirements
- Minimum a bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, or other related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in game/product design, revenue, finance, or analysis.
- Strong in data analysis and logical thinking.
- Critical thinker who comprehends various perspectives and excels at evaluating information objectively.
