Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Gallery Executive at HULS Gallery. The Gallery Executive will be responsible for supporting daily gallery operations, delivering a high standard of customer service, and maintaining a refined and welcoming gallery environment.

The role includes engaging with visitors, communicating the stories and values behind each piece, and assisting customers with professionalism and care. The Gallery Executive will also support product display and presentation, inventory management, and sales-related administrative tasks.

In addition, the position involves contributing to sales reporting, coordinating with team members across locations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. A strong interest in Japanese crafts and a commitment to thoughtful, attentive service are essential for this role.

Working Days/Hours

・5-day work week (Including Saturday)

・11.00am to 7:00pm (5 days work week on roster system)

Monthly Salary

SGD3,500 to SGD3,800

Location

Tanjong Pagar/Maxwell (Duxton Hill)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

・Working closely with the local and overseas team

・Facilitating and supporting the general operations of the gallery and retail stores

・Dealing with customers queries

・Stock taking and restocking inventory

・Upkeeping of the gallery and stores

・Input and manage product and sales data.

・Performing any other related ad-hoc duties.

REQUIREMENTS

・Diploma or Degree in Fine Arts and related discipline.

・Singaporean or PR applicants only.

・Interested in Japanese culture and Arts & Crafts work.

・Proficient in Mandarin & English languages, knowledge of Japanese- language will be an advantage.

・Experience in retail and customer service.

・MS Office skills in Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
