G10 / EM rates Vol and Exotics Trader, Associate / Vice President

We're seeking someone to join our team as a G10 / EMRates Vol and Exotics Trader.

In the Fixed Income division, we work in fast-pacedand constantly changing global markets to assess and manage risk, tradesecurities, manage relationships with clients, and structure and executeinnovative transactions. TheFixed Income Division is comprised of Interest Rate and Currency Products,Credit Products and Distribution. Professionals in the Division assess andactively manages risk, trade securities, and structure as well as executeinnovative transactions in the fast-paced and constantly changing globalmarkets. The Commodities Division is a market leader across a broad range ofcommodities markets, with expertise in areas including client risk management,financing solutions and investor products Sales & Trading. From the largestglobal institutions to innovative new hedge funds, investors come to MorganStanley for sales, trading, and market-making services in almost every type offinancial instruments including stocks, bonds, derivatives, foreign exchange,and commodities. Our professionals provide liquidity and content to clientsaround the world, actively assessing and managing risk, trading securities, andplanning and executing transactions in the fast-changing markets. What you'll do in the role:

• Make markets and risk manage rates volatility and exotic products (swaptions, callable structures, exotic payoffs)
• Accurate booking of all trading activities within the relevant system
• Provide appropriate advice to clients and sales regarding market conditions and potential movements
• Build and manage relationships with both clients and stakeholders
• Manage and contribute desk trading strategies on an on-going basis

What you'll bring to the role:

• Experience in rates volatility and exotic products
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience/exposure in markets
• Passion for markets and hunger/desire to learn more and succeed is critical
• Attention to detail and ability to solve problems, follow up and complete tasks
• Degree Level Education
