Job Description

We are seeking a Product Operations Specialist to ensure the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of digital products by working closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage production releases, including preparing release plans, securing approvals, and ensuring smooth deployments with proper rollback and escalation procedures
  • Monitor and manage day-to-day system operations, ensuring system stability, performance, and adherence to defined SLAs
  • Triage, investigate, and resolve production incidents in collaboration with cross-functional teams, providing timely updates to stakeholders
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes, workflows, and best practices to enhance efficiency and system reliability
  • Analyse system performance metrics and operational data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for optimisation
  • Conduct post-incident reviews and root cause analysis, and drive preventive measures to reduce recurring issues and improve overall system resilience
  • Support production troubleshooting through data querying, log analysis, and system investigation

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Operations, Service Delivery, or a related role within a technology environment
  • Proven experience in production support, incident management, and release coordination in SLA-driven environments
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), deployment processes, and working in Agile or DevOps environments
  • Basic proficiency in data querying (e.g., SQL) and ability to analyse system logs and performance data
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow, or equivalent ticketing and workflow management systems
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
