FX Sales Consultant

Job Description:

An exciting opportunity awaits you in our Changi Airport operation to join one of the most successful independent retail foreign exchange groups.

As a Sales Consultant at Prosegur Change, your role is crucial in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction within the foreign exchange industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• The buying and selling of foreign currencies
• Money transfers (Western Union)
• Credit card advances, Tax Refunds and much more

Requirements:

• Must have previous retail or customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate and build a rapport with customers by helping them understand their foreign currency needs.
• Has a flair for sales to promote our products and services whilst working towards and achieving targets.
• Self-motivated, has an energetic attitude, and can adhere to procedures.

Working Hours:

• 2 Day Shift | 2 OFF | 2 Night Shift | 2 OFF (Rotating Shift)
• 0900 - 2100 | 2100 - 0900 (12 Hrs)

Eligibility:

• Must be eligible to work full-time in Singapore.
