FX Business Development Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

The BD will work with the sales team to drive new business revenue, building strong client relationships and working closely with key functions such as Dealing, Compliance and Risk to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. This role will involve cold outreach and provides a stepping stone into the sales team if KPI's are met. Successful candidates will join a fast-paced environment in a globally renowned FX brokerage. Rigorous sales training will be provided along with ongoing training and sales support.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities include:

• Sourcing, prospecting & lead generating
• Establish good relationship with the clients
• Maintaining current market knowledge to keep abreast in the industry
• Maintaining accurate pipeline and forecast
• Meeting monthly, quarterly and yearly targets

What are we looking for:

• 0-2 years experience
• Keen interest in financial markets
• Experience working within a sales environment
• Ability to clearly articulate the MonFX offering
• Ability to demonstrate strong sales techniques (Persuasive, Negotiation & Closing skills)
• Excellent all-round communication skills, strong judgement and problem-solving skills
• Results driven, self-motivated and takes initiative
