Title: Futures Execution Broker (Grains & Oilseeds)

Imperium Commodity Search has been confidentially retained by a leading multinational inter-dealer broker (IDB) to support the expansion of their grains and oilseeds futures brokerage business across APAC. As part of this growth strategy, our client is seeking a skilled Futures Execution Broker to provide first-class client execution, relationship management, and market support for their Singapore-based and regional customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Execute agricultural futures trades (exchange-traded / listed derivatives) with speed, accuracy, and efficiency on behalf of grains and oilseeds clients across Singapore and the wider APAC region
- Deliver best-in-class brokerage and client service to corporate, institutional, and commercial clients
- Stay on top of market movements, price trends, and drivers across grains, oilseeds, agriculture, and soft commodities
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and grow the new agricultural futures execution business in APAC
- Provide execution support where required for biofuels, biodiesel, and related agricultural commodity accounts
- Liaise with middle and back-office teams to ensure swift and accurate resolution of client queries and operational issues
Experience & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in futures execution within a brokerage, IDB, or FCM environment
- Strong understanding of the agricultural and soft commodities markets (grains, oilseeds, agri-commodities)
- Fluent in English; additional APAC languages a plus
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and time management skills
- Must be based in Singapore
