Imperium Commodity Search is confidentially retained by a leading global inter-dealer broker (IDB) to support the continued expansion of its Agricultural Futures Execution platform across APAC.

As part of a broader strategic investment into exchange-traded agricultural derivatives, the firm is seeking a Futures Execution Broker – Grains & Oilseeds to join its Singapore office. This is a newly created position focused on delivering high-quality execution and supporting the growth of the regional agricultural franchise.

This opportunity is ideally suited to an execution-focused broker seeking to operate within an established global IDB platform while contributing to the build-out of the APAC grains and oilseeds desk.

The Role – Agricultural Futures Execution

As a Futures Execution Broker, you will:

• Execute exchange-traded agricultural futures and listed derivatives across grains and oilseeds markets
• Provide high-touch execution services to institutional, commercial and corporate clients
• Support clients trading products such as corn, wheat, soybeans, soybean oil, soybean meal and related agri contracts
• Monitor market movements, price trends and macro drivers across agricultural and soft commodity markets
• Collaborate with senior desk leadership to expand the APAC agricultural execution business
• Provide execution support across related markets including biofuels and biodiesel where relevant
• Liaise with middle and back-office teams to ensure seamless post-trade processing and issue resolution

Experience & Profile

We would welcome discussions with candidates who have:

• Minimum 2+ years experience in futures execution within an IDB, brokerage or FCM environment
• Strong understanding of agricultural futures markets, particularly grains and oilseeds
• Familiarity with exchange-traded derivatives and electronic/voice execution workflows
• Excellent client service and relationship management skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, execution-focused trading environment
• Fluency in English (additional APAC languages advantageous)
• Based in Singapore
